वेज बिरयानी।Veg. Biryani
इसको बनाने के लिए प्रयोग की गई सामग्री-

चावल/Rice
टमाटर/Tomato -1
प्याज/Onion -2
Biryani masala
मिर्च/Green chillies
अदरक/Ginger
लहसून/Garlic
धनिया/Coriander
तेल/Oil
दही/Curd -1/2 कटोरी
काजू/Dry fruits
तेजपत्ता/Bay leaf -2
जीरा/Cumin
बड़ी ईलायची/Cardamom
काली मिर्च/Black pepper

RECIPE --
Take a cooker and heat it.Add some oil,cumin,bay leaf,black pepper,cardamom.Then add rice and fry it properly.Add water (approx.1 to1.5 bowl) and dry fruits.Let two whistles come.Take a pan,heat it and add oil.Then add onion and fry until it becomes golden brown and add salt.After that take out the fried onions and leave small amount of oil for frying (garlic, green chilly, ginger) and add tomato,then mix again and add curd and 1 bowl water.When water is evaporated add biryani masala and stir it properly.At last add coriander leaves.Now your rice, fried onion and biryani paste is ready.Take a container make first layer of rice,second layer of onion and third layer with biryani paste.Repeat the procedure for three to four times.And mix it.Your veg. biryani is ready to be served.
:) The word "biryani" comes from the Persian word "birian" which means "fried before cooking"
