गजब के गुलाब जामुन।Delicious Gulab Jamun
दोस्तों, गुलाब जामुन के लिए हमने प्रयोग किया है-

Wheat flour / मैदा - 250 Gram
Sugar / चीनी - 300 Gram
Milk - 1 bowl
Refine Oil / तेल
Eatable soda - 1 teaspoon

RECIPE --
Mix white flour, boiled milk and eatable soda to make a dough.We will also prepare sugar syrup by heating sugar and water in a pan.From the dough make small round balls.Take a pan heat it and make sure your flame is low so that balls get properly heated, add oil and add balls in it.When balls take colour of gulab jamun take it out.Then put those balls in sugar syrup.After sometime balls will absorb sugar syrup and your gulab jamun will be ready to get served.
