                                                 Crispy Cutlet

Take a pan let it heat then add some oil.Fry peanuts and keep it aside.In the oil, then add asafoetida,jeera,sabji and haldi.After that add onion,green chillies fry it properly and add smashed poatotoes, add fried peanuts,salt and coriander leaves.Mix it and your batter for cutlet is ready.
Mix suji,salt and water.
Make round/oblique shape of batter and dip in the suji/semolina solution.
Fry it in oil.
Your tasty cutlet is ready to serve.

The word cutlet was derived from French word cotelette.
