RECIPE--
Take a pan heat it add oil and fry okra.In the same pan add oil,cumin,asafoetida,garlic,green chilli,onion and then potato.Fry them and cover with lid so that potato does not remain hard.After that add coriander powder,turmeric,garam masala,red chilli powder,salt and fry them properly.Add the fried okra in it and cover them with a lid for 5 to 7 minutes.Your tasty masala bhindi is ready to be served.
