RECIPE --
Take a pan heat it and add oil.Then add cumin, asafoetida, bay leaf,and paste of garlic, green chilli and ginger.Add onion and keep mixing.After that add cauliflower and potato and fry it properly.Add spices and water according to the amount of gravy.Add salt and cover it for few minutes until your gravy is according to your choice.At last, add coriander leaves.
