RECIPE--

Cut the potato,bottle-gourd,tomato into square pieces.Take a cooker,add oil,cumin,asafoetida,garlic,chilli and onion.After that add sabji masala,turmeric and fry it properly.Now put bottle-gourd,potato,salt,tomato and add one bowl water.Let four whistle come and your aloo lauki ki 1 number sabji is ready to be served.
