Ingredients used -
सामग्री सूची -
Semolina/सूजी-250 gram
Sugar/चीनी - 1.5 bowl
Milk/दूध - 1.5 bowl

RECIPE--
Take a pan and heat it.Add milk in it and when it begins to boil add semolina and mix it properly.After that add sugar.Take it out of the pan and make round balls when it cools.We will also prepare sugar syrup by heating sugar and water in a pan.Add the round balls in sugar syrup and heat it properly.Once the sugar syrup is absorbed by balls cool it and it is ready to be served.
Rasgulla was first made by Nobin Chandra Das in Bengal(1869) :)
