सामग्री की सूची निम्नलिखित है -
Okra/भिंडी - 500 ग्राम
Onion/प्याज - 2
Green chilli/हरी मिर्च - 3/4
Garlic/लहसुन
Cumin/जीरा - 1/2 चम्मच
Asafoetida/हींग - 1/4 चम्मच
Coriander leaves
Salt/नमक
Oil/सरसों का तेल

RECIPE --
Take a pan and heat it.Add oil,then add asafoetida,cumin,garlic and green chilli.After that add onion and bhindi.Fry them properly,add salt.Keep mixing it at small intervals until your bhindi is ready.Add coriander leaves and your bhindi ki sabzi is ready to serve. :) Bhindi regulates blood sugar,fights cancer,boosts immunity etc.
